My name is Catherine Chadwick and I trained in Clinical Hypnosis at the London College of Clinical Hypnosis gaining a Diploma in Clinical Hypnosis and a Practitioner Diploma in Clinical Hypnosis in 2000 and 2001. I also undertook further training in smoking cessation with Donald Robertson, Principal of the UK College of Hypnosis and Hypnotherapy whose approach combines cognitive-behavioural techniques with hypnotherapy. I also trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) at the London College of Clinical Hypnosis and with Dominic Beirne, the Principal of the School of Clinical Hypnosis and Psychotherapy. I am a member of the General Hypnotherapy Register. My practice is based in Battersea, SW11.

My interest in how we can promote the health of the mind and the body spans 20 years and I trained in and practised a range of bodywork therapies for a number of years. I also trained in nutritional medicine.

In my spare time, one of my great pleasures is public speaking. I am a member of Toastmasters International and am currently President of my club. I have also represented my club in Speech Contests.
